What we collect
When you submit a request through this site, we collect your name, phone number, the project details you give us, and the postal code where the work will happen. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule the visit if relevant, and complete the work.
How we use it
Your contact information is used to reply to your request, schedule the visit if relevant, and follow up about the work. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. If you become a customer, we keep your service information for as long as we have an active relationship and for a reasonable period afterward in case warranty questions come up.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages of this site are useful so we can improve what we publish. Analytics scripts do not run unless you accept the cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run retargeting pixels.
How we store your information
Quote requests are delivered to our business email inbox and stored there. Email is hosted with Google Workspace under standard commercial security. We do not maintain a separate customer database for marketing purposes.
Your rights under PIPEDA
Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request that we correct or delete it. To exercise either right, email info@efsplumbing.ca and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the new version replaces the previous one on this page. Material changes that affect how we use information you've already given us will be announced before they take effect.
