Amir Afshar founded EFS Plumbing as a licensed Ontario plumbing shop serving Toronto and the GTA. We handle residential and commercial work: drain cleaning, leak repair, fixture installation, shut-off valve replacement, camera inspection, and emergency calls.

Most of our work comes from referrals: past customers, neighbours, repeat clients. This website is for the people who don't have one yet, so they can see what we do, what it costs, and what's covered before they call.

Two questions come up most often: how the price is set, and whether the work is covered. We quote every job in writing before any work starts, and we back every job with a three-month warranty. If the same issue comes back inside three months, the return visit is included.

Licensing is the easy one. We're licensed, insured, and ready to show both before any work begins.

What you get on every job

• Licensed Ontario plumber. License number on every invoice. Liability insurance and WSIB coverage documented.
• Quote in writing before work starts. Parts and labour itemized. The number you agree to is the number on the invoice.
• Three-month warranty. If the same issue comes back inside three months, the return visit is included.
• Same-day callbacks. Non-emergency requests booked within two to three business days.
• Emergency calls handled. Active leak, no working toilet, no hot water: same-day or next-morning when we can.
• Residential and commercial. One-fixture repairs through full commercial fit-outs.
