Serving Toronto and the GTA — residential, commercial, and emergency plumbing Fast response, fair pricing, high-quality work
Service call · across the GTA
Kitchen, bathroom, laundry, main building, and stack drains. Mechanical augering, never chemicals. Camera follow-up on recurring lines.
We'll call back within one business day. Sooner if it is urgent.
EFS Plumbing provides drain cleaning for residential and commercial properties across Toronto and the GTA. We clear kitchen, bathroom, laundry, main building, and stack drains using a mechanical auger sized to the line — never chemical drain cleaners, which soften pipe walls and rarely fix the actual blockage. We verify the clear by running water at full flow before calling the job complete, and on recurring drains we follow up with a camera inspection so you know whether you’re dealing with grease, roots, or a structural pipe issue.
Most residential drain calls take one to two hours on site. A standard kitchen or bathroom branch line runs $200–$350. Main drain or stack work, or anything that needs camera follow-up to find a recurring cause, runs higher and is quoted before any work starts.

Process
Tell us which drain, how long it's been slow, and whether it's the first time or a repeat.
We arrive with auger, camera and shop vac. Floor and surrounding fixtures get covered before any work starts.
Mechanical snake first. We never start with chemicals — they damage pipes and rarely fix the actual blockage.
Run water and watch the line drain at full flow before we say it's clear. If it's a recurring drain, we'll camera-check it.
Three-month warranty on the clear. If the same drain backs up in that window, we come back at no charge.
Three things customers actually want to know before they call — none of which is "we work hard."
Licensed Ontario plumber, liability insurance, and WSIB coverage. Both documents available on request.
If the same issue comes back inside three months — same drain, same fixture, same valve — the return visit is included. In writing on every invoice.
Every job is quoted in writing, with parts and labour itemized, before any work begins. The number you agree to is the number on the invoice.
We cover the cities below for residential and commercial plumbing. Larger projects across the wider GTA are handled on request.

Not on the list? Larger jobs across the rest of the GTA on request — give us a call.
A standard residential service call runs $250–$350, which covers the visit and a one- to two-hour repair. Larger work — camera-follow-up drain cleaning, multi-fixture installs, leak repair behind drywall — is quoted on site before any work starts, so the number you agree to is the number on the invoice.
Yes — three months on every job, residential and commercial. If the same issue comes back inside that window, the return visit is included at no charge. The policy is written on the invoice, applied without argument, and the same on a small repair as it is on a major project.
Most service calls book within two to three business days. Urgent calls — active leak, no working toilet in a single-bathroom home, no hot water — fall under our emergency plumbing solutions and get same-day or next-morning slots whenever we can route to you. Either way, expect a fast callback so we can confirm timing directly. Reliable, professional, and built to respond when you need us.
Yes — licensed Ontario plumber, carrying liability insurance. Both documents are shown before the work starts on request. With we and a, licensing and insurance are baseline — not a feature to advertise, just the standard we work to on every residential, commercial, and emergency call.
Two ways to reach us. Call now for anything urgent — we answer the phone. Or fill this out and we'll call back within one business day.
