Book service calls & repairs

Step 1 of 2

We handle running toilets, slow drains, dripping shut-offs, leaking supply lines, garburator repairs, hose bibs, and the mystery wet spots that need diagnosis before the fix. We carry the common parts on the truck (supply lines, shut-offs, faucet cartridges, toilet flappers and fill valves, wax rings), so most repairs finish on the first visit. We quote every job in writing before work starts. Every repair we do is backed by a three-month warranty: if the same issue comes back inside that window, we return at no charge.

Most service calls are one to two hours on site. A standard residential repair runs $250–$350, with the trip charge included when you book the repair. Larger jobs, multiple fixtures, drywall access, or partial re-pipes, are quoted before any work starts.

Process

How a project goes

  1. 01

    Call

Tell us what's happening, running toilet, slow drain, dripping shut-off, leak somewhere you can't find. We'll tell you if it's something to fix today or something that can wait.

  2. 02

    Arrive

We bring the common parts on the truck, supply lines, shut-offs, faucet cartridges, toilet flappers, fill valves, so most repairs finish on the first visit.

  3. 03

    Diagnose

We walk you through what's actually wrong before quoting the fix. If it's something you can do yourself, we'll say so.

  4. 04

    Fix

Repair done with proper parts, drop cloths down, work area cleaned before we leave.

  5. 05

    Warranty

Three-month warranty on the repair. If the same issue comes back in that window, we come back at no charge.

What you get on every job

License, warranty, written quote. Three things you can hold us to.

Licensed and insured

Licensed Ontario plumber, liability insurance, and WSIB coverage. License number on every invoice, both documents available on request.

Three-month warranty on every job

If the same issue comes back inside three months (same drain, same fixture, same valve), the return visit is included. In writing on every invoice.

Quote in writing before any work starts

Every job is quoted in writing, with parts and labour itemized, before any work begins. The number you agree to is the number on the invoice.

Questions customers ask about service calls & repairs

  1. 01 How much does a service call cost?

A standard residential service call runs $250–$350, which covers the visit and a one- to two-hour repair. Larger work — camera-follow-up drain cleaning, multi-fixture installs, leak repair behind drywall — is quoted on site before any work starts, so the number you agree to is the number on the invoice.

  2. 02 Do you warranty the work?

Yes, three months on every job, residential and commercial. If the same issue comes back inside that window, the return visit is included at no charge. The policy is written on the invoice, applied without argument, and the same on a small repair as it is on a major project.

  3. 03 How soon can you come out?

Most service calls book within two to three business days. Urgent calls (active leak, no working toilet in a single-bathroom home, no hot water) get same-day or next-morning slots when we can route to you. Either way, expect a callback within one business day so we can confirm the time directly.

  4. 04 Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — licensed Ontario plumber, carrying liability insurance. Both documents are shown before the work starts on request, and the licence number is on every invoice. With we and a, licensing and insurance are baseline — not a feature to advertise, just the standard we work to on every residential, commercial, and emergency call.
