Kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and outdoor faucets. New braided supply lines, shut-off check, and pressure test on every install.
We install kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and outdoor faucets to manufacturer torque spec. The rubber-hose supply lines that ship with builder kits are a leading cause of catastrophic floor damage, so we replace them with braided stainless on every install. We test the shut-off valves before touching the fixture, and we replace seized or weeping valves with the cost quoted before we proceed. Every install gets pressure-tested at both hot and cold, and we check the aerator flow before we leave.
Most faucet installs are 45 to 90 minutes on site. A standard kitchen or bathroom faucet replacement runs $200–$350 including new supply lines. Pull-down kitchen units, side sprays, and filtration connections run higher and are quoted before the visit.
Scope
Process
Send us a photo of the fixture and the under-sink area. We'll confirm what supply lines and shut-offs you'll need, and quote the install before the visit.
Water off, towels and a drop cloth down. Old faucet and supply lines come out first.
We test the shut-offs. If they're seized, leaking or original-build brass, we replace them on the spot, and tell you the cost before we do.
New faucet seated and torqued per spec. Braided stainless supply lines on every install, never the rubber kind.
Water on, lines checked at both hot and cold. Aerator flow verified. Sink area wiped down before we leave.
License, warranty, written quote. Three things you can hold us to.

If the same issue comes back inside three months (same drain, same fixture, same valve), the return visit is included. In writing on every invoice.
Every job is quoted in writing, with parts and labour itemized, before any work begins. The number you agree to is the number on the invoice.
We cover the cities below for residential and commercial plumbing. Larger projects across the wider GTA are handled on request.

A standard residential service call runs $250–$350, which covers the visit and a one- to two-hour repair. Larger work — camera-follow-up drain cleaning, multi-fixture installs, leak repair behind drywall — is quoted on site before any work starts, so the number you agree to is the number on the invoice.
Yes, three months on every job, residential and commercial. If the same issue comes back inside that window, the return visit is included at no charge. The policy is written on the invoice, applied without argument, and the same on a small repair as it is on a major project.
Most service calls book within two to three business days. Urgent calls (active leak, no working toilet in a single-bathroom home, no hot water) get same-day or next-morning slots when we can route to you. Either way, expect a callback within one business day so we can confirm the time directly.
