Pinhole copper, slab leaks, hidden-line detection, dripping shut-offs. Located first, opened minimally, repaired and pressure-tested.
We repair pinhole copper, slab leaks, hidden lines, and dripping shut-offs. We locate the source first with a moisture meter, thermal camera, or acoustic detector, then open only what’s needed to reach the line. Our repairs use proper slip couplings, re-solder, or section replacement. Emergency clamps are a temporary measure, not a finish. We pressure-test every repair for at least fifteen minutes before drywall closes back up, and we can provide insurance-claim-grade documentation on request.
Most leak repairs are one to three hours on site. A standard visible-leak repair runs $300–$500. Hidden leaks requiring detection, or repairs that turn into a small re-pipe section, run $450–$1,200 depending on access, all quoted before work starts.
Scope
Process
First call, we'll walk you through finding the main shut-off and getting water off. That happens before anything else.
On site, we use a moisture meter, thermal camera or acoustic detector depending on whether it's a slow ceiling stain, an active drip, or a hidden line.
Minimal-access cut, we open the smallest amount of wall or ceiling that gets us to the leak. The patch is easier when there's less to patch.
Pinhole or split line repaired with proper sleeve, re-solder or section replacement. Shut-off valves replaced if they were involved.
Line pressure-tested and watched for at least fifteen minutes before we close it back up. Three-month warranty on the repair.
License, warranty, written quote. Three things you can hold us to.

If the same issue comes back inside three months (same drain, same fixture, same valve), the return visit is included. In writing on every invoice.
Every job is quoted in writing, with parts and labour itemized, before any work begins. The number you agree to is the number on the invoice.
We cover the cities below for residential and commercial plumbing. Larger projects across the wider GTA are handled on request.

A standard residential service call runs $250–$350, which covers the visit and a one- to two-hour repair. Larger work — camera-follow-up drain cleaning, multi-fixture installs, leak repair behind drywall — is quoted on site before any work starts, so the number you agree to is the number on the invoice.
Yes, three months on every job, residential and commercial. If the same issue comes back inside that window, the return visit is included at no charge. The policy is written on the invoice, applied without argument, and the same on a small repair as it is on a major project.
Most service calls book within two to three business days. Urgent calls (active leak, no working toilet in a single-bathroom home, no hot water) get same-day or next-morning slots when we can route to you. Either way, expect a callback within one business day so we can confirm the time directly.
Yes — licensed Ontario plumber, carrying liability insurance. Both documents are shown before the work starts on request, and the licence number is on every invoice. With we and a, licensing and insurance are baseline — not a feature to advertise, just the standard we work to on every residential, commercial, and emergency call.
